I've been looking for a good waterproof pencil eyeliner to do my inner lids and lower lashes. This pencil works really great! I have pretty oily skin and even waterproof eyeliners tend to start bleeding/smearing towards the end of the day. I find that if I apply this eyeliner to my inner lid it will move during the day (it's impossible for it not too with blinking and the moisture your eye produces naturally), but it will only move down through my lower lashes as if I had applied it there in the first place, which is great.
