This is the ONLY eyeliner that has last through sweat, humidity, tears, and swimming. I have worn this eyeliner through a thirty mile bike ride, four days in steamy New Orleans, a chick flick, and a dip in the pool and it DID NOT BUDGE.Now, I haven't seen a difference in the length or thickness of my eyelashes due to the "Grow Lash Serum", but this is the only eyeliner I will use due to its staying power. The brush itself is actually pretty nice...thin and tapered but the brush is only 1/4 of the top half of the eyeliner the other 3/4 is just empty plastic . To be more precise the liquid isn't even 1/4 of the package. But still I had hope until I tried it on. The liner streaks and is very very watery. Its like trying to outline with watercolors or fingerpaint. I like to wear some on the lip of the lower lid and it washed away before the first blink! I did not contact customer service because I don't want a replacement and sending it back is too much hassel for the money. As to the products claim that it has some sort of serum that helps strenghten lashes...I don't know but I don't possibly see how it fouls unless you paint each individual eyelash one by one.
